Using beta mode

The beta mode switcher should be located in the header section, which will enable users to navigate to the beta test site.

Beta warning

Before user is navigate to beta environment, they should be promoted with a dialog informing them they will be redirected to new site and any other pertinent information. 

Navigating back to old UI

Once a user is on Beta site, the switcher should be turned to the on position.
